  • Ground meat. 1 pound. 
  • Large tortillas. 7 pieces.  
  • Taco seasoning. 1 packet. 
  • Water. ¼ cup. 
  • Sautéed onions and bell peppers

How to Make Sheet Pan Quesadillas?

This is another easy-to-make recipe that will only require you a few instructions to follow. You may begin it by preheating the oven to 425. While doing so, sauté onions and peppers in a little bit of olive oil until soft and set aside in a bowl.

Subsequently, add meat to the pan, brown it, and drain. Then, return to the pan and add the taco seasonings. Moreover, layer 6 large tortillas overlapping on a sheet pan and layer with cheese, meat, veggies, and more cheese. Also, fold over the tortillas and place one in the center to close it up.

Finally, place a second sheet pan on the top to help crisp the top and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. You’re done. Serve and enjoy!

Chef’s Notes

For added flavor add mango or peach salsa to the cooked ground meat when adding the taco seasonings and water. Also, you don’t want a soupy mixture, it should be the consistency of a thick chili.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground meat
  • 7 large tortillas
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Sautéed onions and bell peppers
  • Mexican blend shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425.
  • Sauté onions and peppers in a little bit of olive oil until soft and set aside in a bowl.
