What are these Smoothie Bowls Made Of?

Generally, these strawberry and banana smoothie bowls are made out of only four ingredients and these are: 

  • Strawberries. You need a cup of strawberries and they should be frozen.  
  • Bananas. Likewise, a cup of frozen banana is also required.  
  • Coconut milk solid. Set 2 tablespoons.  
  • Shredded coconut.  Prepare 1 to 2 tablespoons.

How to Make the Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowls?

As promised, this recipe is quick and easy and it will only require you to blend the fruits and top them with your favorite topping. 

To be specific, add frozen or fresh strawberries, frozen bananas, and coconut milk solid to a high-powered blender and pulse until completely blended for about 1 minute. Then, pour into a bowl and top with fresh berries, coconut, and or hemp seeds. You’re done!

How to Store the Smoothie Bowls? 

Store leftovers in a mason jar in the fridge for 24 hours and use a fork to mix it back together if it settles. Moreover, you can freeze in zip lock bags and defrost the evening before but these are best when consumed immediately.

Well, just a reminder that there is no right or wrong way to make a smoothie bowl. Also, for best results use all frozen fruit, use a high-powered blender, the one pictured has a smoothie setting that automatically changes blend direction for a super smooth smoothie.

Storage:
