How Long is Nutella Stuffed Churros Prepared?
This recipe will take you about 30 to 35 minutes to finish 15 pieces of Nutella stuffed churros which are about 4 inches long. To be specific, preparation time will take about 5 minutes, rest time of 10 minutes, and cooking time of 10 to 15 minutes.

What Equipment Should I Prepare?
There are also tools that should be prepared. In this recipe, you will need the following:
- Medium Pot, used for making the churros dough.
- Deep frying pan or Dutch Oven, for frying the churros.
- 12 or 16-inch piping bags, prepare 2 pieces of piping bags: for churros and for Nutella.
- Tip 1M, which will be attached to the piping bags.
- Strainer, to remove excess oil from the churros.
- Paper Towels, for draining.
- Skewer.
What are Churros Made of?
For this recipe, our churros is made of the following:
- Unsalted butter, 6 tablespoons.
- Whole milk and water, ½ cup for each.
- Granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon.
- Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon.
- All purpose flour, 1 and ¼ cups.
- Large eggs, 3 pieces.
- ½ cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Nutella, ½ cup that is melted.

How to Make the Churros Dough?
This is how you can make the churros dough. Begin by adding butter, milk, water, sugar and vanilla to a pot and bring to a boil on the stove. Once everything is melted together, reduce heat to low and add in the flour. Mix the flour in thoroughly and a dough ball will form.
After that, remove the pot from the stove and add the eggs one at a time until well blended. Add dough to a piping bag fitted with a 1M or large star tip and place in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes to stiffen up a bit. Be prepared later to pipe in the Nutella and fry them.

How to Set the Nutella Stuffed Churros?
Once the churros dough is being set in the fridge, you can now begin combining sugar and cinnamon and just set aside. Next, heat the oil to 350 and you may remove the dough from fridge and queeze dough into hot oil. Fry on each side for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
Subsequently, remove from the oil and drain. And toss in cinnamon sugar mix fully coating the churros. Heat Nutella in a piping bag for 10to 15 seconds and use a skewer to create a hole in both ends of the churro. Squeeze in the warm Nutella into the churros and you’re done! Best when served warm.

Tips to Make Better Churros!
First, the dough can be made ahead and placed in the fridge for up to 3 hours. Also, churros are best when fresh so batch fry if possible Also, for perfectly sized churros, pre-pipe the dough onto parchment or wax paper, after the dough has stiffened in the fridge or it wont come off the paper.
Lastly, test one churro in the grease to make sure that your frying times are accurate. If the oil is too hot, it will brown the outside, leaving a raw middle, so check this before committing to frying off the entire batch.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ½ cup whole milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 3 large eggs

- ½ cup Nutella melted
