How to Decorate the Marbled Strawberry Cupcakes

Well, the steps to decorate the marbled St. Patrick's Day strawberry cupcakes are pretty simple. First, melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl  in 30 second increments. You will do this 3-4 times, make sure you stir in between each time. This will be followed by the white candy melt. Once the white one is melted, add to a piping bag or ziplock bag.

Second, slide the skewer into the top of the strawberry and pour the white chocolate on top of the green, The more white lines you add, the more marbled it will be.

Third, dip the strawberry straight down into the chocolate and twist as you pull up. Add more white lines (any pattern is fine) and dip the remaining berries.

Lastly, allow strawberries to set on parchment paper for about 15 to 20 minutes. Using a piping bag fitted with a 1M or 2D tip, pipe frosting onto the cupcakes and place the berries on top! Enjoy!

Chef’s Notes:

There are two notes that I want topoint out to help you in the process. First, do not use really big strawberries if adding to the top of cupcakes because they won’t fit. Second, make sure the berries are patted dry before dipping in chocolate.
