- 2 tbsp water + 1 tbsp cornstarch. To make the mixture thick in consistency.

- Butter. Use 2 tablespoons and must be melted.

How to Make the Peach Cobbler Egg Rolls?
As promised, this recipe is quick and easy to make. Basically, it involves just slicing the peaches into bite-sized pieces and adding the cornstarch and water. Another step to make is the cooking of peaches mixture in a large pan. Just add in the peaches, brown sugar, and the water and cornstarch mixture and stir throughout the process and cook until your peach mixture thickens and becomes bubbly. How to Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Mix?
You can prepare your cinnamon sugar by adding the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl or on a plate and mix them well.
Once you remove the rolls from the frying pan, drain them on a paper towel for 2 to 3 minutes and toss the egg rolls in the mixture and serve them hot. Enjoy!

Instructions
- First, slice and dice your peaches into preferred bite-sized pieces

- In a large pan add in peaches, brown sugar, and the water/corn starch mixture.
- Stir throughout the process and cook until your peach mixture thickens and becomes bubbly.
- Remove from the heat and then add in the vanilla extract.
- Prepare your egg roll wraps by adding 1-2 tbsp of the peach mixture into 1 egg roll wrap right in the center.
- Use water to seal the edges. Fold the egg roll wrap according to the instructions on the package.
- In a separate bowl or on a plate, prepare your cinnamon sugar by adding the granulated sugar and cinnamon mix well. (set aside)

- Fry the peach eggrolls for 3-4 mins on each side until crispy
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels 2-3 mins.
- Toss the eggrolls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
