How to Make the Cake Mix Peach Cobbler

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. While doing so, lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Second, combine peaches, brown sugar, corn starch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared pan.
Third, in a separate bowl combine cake mix and cinnamon and sprinkle this mix over the peaches. Place slices of butter all over the top of the cake mix, taking care to space them evenly.

First, turn the pan at the 20 minutes mark and also note if there are any “dry spots” and add a little more butter. Also, check again at the 40 minutes mark and make sure the entire top is golden and bubbly with no dry spots.
The second tip, if necessary, let bake for an additional 5 minutes. Third, if you prefer a juicy cobbler add canned peaches in syrup. However, if you don't favor a thick cobbler crust you can use 3/4 of the mix vs the entire bag.
