Strawberry cheesecake is a crowd’s favorite. That is something undeniable. But, what about taking this to a whole new level and take it as a filling for tacos? A perfect dessert that is crispy and crunchy shell with a think and creamy creamcheese filling and strawberry glazed topping. Try it and witness how can this be one of the crowd’s favorite.

What Types of Equipment Should You Set?
This recipe requires three types of equipment to set and these are:
- Whisk or mixer. To help you make the filling and mixing it in a more consistent and easier way.
- Medium-sized mixing bowls. For containers.
- Rubber spatula. To help you scrape the mixture or filling of the taco shells.
What are the Ingredients to Prepare?
Likewise, there are ingredients that you must prepare to set this delicious strawberry cheesecake tacos. These are the following:
For the Topping:
- Chopped strawberries. 1 cup and are chopped.
- Granulated sugar. ¼ cup.
- Water and cornstarch. 1 tablespoon each.
For the Filling:
- Heavy cream. 1 cup.
- Cream cheese. 1 cup.
- Lemon zest. 1 teaspoon.
- Vanilla extract. 2 teaspoons.
- Powdered sugar. ¼ cup.

How to Make the Strawberry Cheesecake Tacos?
In making these tacos, there are four sections of procedure that you have to follow. It may sound a lot, but it is fun to do. You will start with the topping, followed by the filling, and lastly the shells right before assembling and serving.
- Topping:
The first thing to do is the topping. Start by adding fresh or frozen strawberries and sugar in a small saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil (it will create its own juices) constantly stirring to get all of the strawberries soft. Then, combine 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water. Mix well creating a slurry. Once done, pour into the strawberry topping mixture and stir until smooth. Increase the heat to bring the mixture to a boil. Stir and remove to cool.
- Filling:
For the filling of this dessert, whisk or beat together cream cheese, lemon zest, vanilla, and heavy cream until a soft peak forms. Then, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes and transfer to a piping bag.

- Assembly:
To assemble the Strawberry Cheesecake Tacos all you need to do is to pipe cheesecake filling into each taco shell and top with ½ teaspoon of strawberry topping. Finally, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or powdered sugar.

- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
- Filling
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Start with the topping, followed by the filling and lastly the shells right before serving.
- Topping:
- To a small saucepan add fresh or frozen strawberries and sugar.
