- Small Saucepan. It will be used in boiling the ingredients.
- Measuring bowls and spoons. To make sure that components are well measured and exact.
What are Lemon Lavender Popsicles Made Of?
For the ingredients, they are only few and easy to find. You will only need 5 different components to make this refreshing treat.
- Water. Prepare just 2 and a half cups.
- Lemon juice. Set a cup of freshly squeezed lemon.
- Sugar. Set ¼ cup.
- Honey. Prepare ½ cup.
- Culinary lavender. Prepare 1 tablespoon.

How to Make Lemon Lavender Popsicles?
The procedure in making these popsicles are quite simple and easy to follow. So, to start, you may combine 1/2 cup water, sugar, honey and lavender in a small saucepan. Just bring it to a boil and continue stirring until sugar dissolves.
Subsequently, simmer it for 1 minute. Then, remove from heat and let steep, about 25 minutes. Next, pour through a strainer to remove lavender and add 2 cups cold water to strained syrup, mix well, and pour into popsicle molds.
Lasty, insert sticks and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or preferably overnight.

Also, to store these popsicles, wrap each in wax paper and store in a freezer bag. You can also wrap them in food safe plastic bags from craft stores and store in zip lock bags.

- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp culinary lavender
Instructions
- Combine 1/2 cup water, sugar, honey and lavender in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and let steep, about 25 minutes.
- Pour through a strainer to remove lavender
- Add 2 cups cold water to strained syrup, mix well, and pour into popsicle molds
- Insert sticks and freeze for 6-8 hours (preferably overnight).
