  • Grands Biscuits. 1 can. 
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 cup.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese. ¼ cup. 
  • Garlic butter sauce
  • Unsalted butter. 1 to 2 tablespoons and are melted. 
  • Garlic powder and Italian Seasoning. ½ teaspoon each.  
  • Garlic paste. ¼ teaspoon.

How to Make the Cheesy Garlic Balls?

Well, this recipe is quick and easy-to-make that even the kids can join in the making of these garlic balls. 

To begin, while you set and preheat the oven to 375, split the biscuits in half and lightly stretch them just a little. Afterward, add a handful (about 1-2 tsp) mozzarella cheese, and tuck and fold the biscuit dough over and roll in your hands to make sure the cheese won’t seep out. 

Subsequently, spray the pan with butter spray or butter the pan and mix together the ingredients for the garlic butter sauce. Then, brush balls with butter and sprinkle with salt. 

Finally, bake them for 18 to 20 minutes. Just check around 15 minutes to see if they are doing good and brush with garlic sauce after they are done. Serve and enjoy!

As your Chef, I have a few notes for you. First, using a flaky layer of biscuits is the easiest to pull apart. Second, this recipe is based on 5 can Grands biscuits adjusted based on the number of biscuits in your can. 

Ultimately, I strongly encourage using Grands biscuits for this to achieve the same result. Non Grands biscuits won’t be as fulfilling.

Cheesy Garlic Balls

Yield: 10 balls

Equipment

  • Baking pan (will vary based on how many you make)
  • Pastry Brush
  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Grands Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic butter sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • Split the biscuits in half
  • Lightly stretch them just a little
  • Add a handful (1-2 tsp) mozzarella cheese
  • Tuck and fold the biscuit dough over and roll in your hands to make sure the cheese
  • won’t seep out.
  • Spray pan with butter spray (Pam) or butter the pan.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the garlic butter sauce.
  • Brush balls with butter
  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Bake for 18-20 mins (checking around 15 min)
  • Brush with garlic sauce after they are done
  • Serve and enjoy

Notes
