  1. Blend the Base
    • Place mango nectar, strawberries, frozen mango, and honey into a blender or food processor.

    • For popsicles with fruit bits, save a few chopped strawberries or mango pieces and fold them into the mixture after blending.

    • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
    • Kids can help with this step — just place the mold on a tray for easy cleanup.
  4. Freeze

    • To remove, gently wiggle the popsicles from the mold.
    • If stuck, run the mold under warm water for 10–15 seconds and try again.

👩‍👧‍👦 Parent Tips

  • Let younger kids help wash fruit and pour nectar.
  • Older kids can help with chopping if safe with knives, or they can fold in fruit chunks.
  • For less mess, set molds on a baking sheet while filling.

🍽️ Chef Tips

  • Use ripe strawberries for maximum sweetness.
  • If your fruit isn’t very sweet, add an extra tablespoon of honey.
  • Try silicone molds — they make releasing popsicles much easier.

Pro Tips for Success

  • Freeze overnight for best results.
  • Store extras in the mold or wrap individually in plastic wrap once frozen.

Make It Your Own

  • Swap mango nectar for orange juice or pineapple juice.
  • Mix in blueberries or raspberries for a fun twist.
  • Add yogurt for a creamier texture.
