Well, to begin this recipe, first is you need to make the batter. Just whisk together in a large bowl the flour, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder. Then, incorporate together until mixed well the canola oil, eggs, and buttermilk.

Ingredients
  

  • Waffle Mix
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil or melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • Cinnamon sugar dusting
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Toppings
  • whipped cream or ice cream if this is for dessert
  • Or
  • A warm chocolate sauce Dulce de Leche or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add flour, brown sugar, salt and baking powder to a large bowl and whisk.
  • Add canola oil, eggs and buttermilk.
  • Mix until we’ll combined.
