Ingredients that You’ll Need

Basically, you will need 12 thawed and pre-sectioned cookie dough to bake. You can access the ingredients of this dough here.

Also, for the fudge frosting, you will need: 

  • Unsalted butter. Use one stick or about 8 tablespoons. 
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder. Use one cup.
  • Powdered sugar. Prepare 5 to 6 cups.
  • Milk. Set for about ½ cup.
  • Vanilla extract. Prepare two teaspoons.

Generally, you have to set first the cookie cake dough to bake. The detailed process of making of the cookie cake can be accessed here.

Moving forward, while baking, you can prepare the frosting. First, in a saucepan, melt the butter and remove from heat. Second, sift in the cocoa powder, and add thick chocolate mixture to stand mixer. Continuously add in half of the powdered sugar and half the milk. Blend together, then add in the remaining powdered sugar. 

Moreover,add in almost all of the remaining milk, reserving about a teaspoon. Make sure to check the consistency of your fudge frosting before using that last little bit of milk. It should hold its shape and not be runny. If it's runny, sift in 1/3 cup powdered sugar.

Ultimately, add fudge frosting to a piping bag fitted with tip 1M and frost mini cookie cakes as desired. Serve and enjoy.

  • If it's runny SIFT in 1/3 cup powdered sugar.
  • Add fudge frosting to a piping bag fitted with tip 1M
  • Frost mini cookie cakes as desired.
  • Serve and enjoy
