Dye white frosting green.

Add to a piping bag fitted with a tip 1A (large round tip).

Draw the outline of the face

Fill in the face keeping an even amount of pressure while piping lines back and forth

Note: do not drag the piping bag, lift it about the board and let the icing fall.

Use an offset spatula to smooth the icing out

Once the face is done, dye the green icing black for the hair

Add to a new piping bag fitting with a large star tip.

Pipe on the hair, again piping slightly above the board so it falls and doesn’t scrape the green

Remove one of the cookies from 2 sandwich cookies and place those as the eyes

Add two mini sandwich cookies as the pupils

Add the remaining black icing to third bag without a piping tip

Cut off a small tip

Pip on the mouth and the scars with stiches.

Layers cookies and pretzels all around the outside.
