Chicken and Noodles Soup
Generally, a hot soup is the ultimate go-to dish for every person feeling cold, or in a rainy or winter season. A bowl of any hot soup will definitely give you the comfort and warmth that you are looking for.
Some people would just buy readily available soup in the market and just heat it up once again when reached home. However, why go out when you can actually make it at home with some ingredients available?
This chicken and noodle soup recipe is made of chicken simmered in water with carefully selected ingredients and seasoning. Of course, not to forget the presence of the egg! The making of it will not require you a complicated skill. It is just simple and quick.

Equipment and Ingredients to Prepare
To make the simple chicken and noodle soup, just prepare your large stockpot where you will cook or boil the soup.
For the ingredients, you will need to set up the following:
- Chicken (breast, wings, things, or legs);
- garlic powder;
- onion powder;
- seasoning salt;
- paprika;
- complete seasoning or Italian seasoning;
- better than bouillon chicken base;
- egg noodles; and
- salt & pepper to taste.

The Ultimate Guide to Making Chicken and Noodle Soup
As mentioned above, the making of this recipe does not require you a special skill. Just follow these simple steps and you will surely be able to create a pot of soup to warm you and your family. So, here it is!
Firstly, add water to the pot about 6 to 8 cups add complete or Italian seasoning to the water. Then, just bring to a boil.
Secondly, season chicken with all of the other seasonings and add to the pot. Just a reminder to not, some of it comes off into the water.
Thirdly, add better than bouillon base and stir. Cook on high for 15to 18 minutes until chicken is cooked through. You can actually stick it with a fork to check doneness.
Finally, add in the egg noodles and cook for an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until done. Just add salt and pepper to taste and it is now ready to serve with veggies, corn muffins, cornbread, or crackers.

Chef’s Notes:
As your chef, I have some simple notes for you to bear in mind for this recipe.
First, depending on the size of your chicken, they should boil for about 10 to 15 minutes. After 10 to 15 minutes remove one piece from the pot and check.
Second, the internal temperature should be 165°. If they need more time check every 5 minutes.
Lastly, you can also stick a fork into the chicken down to the bone as long as the juice is clear and the chicken is no longer pink it’s ready to go. The broth will be very flavorful and the starch from the noodles helps thicken it just a little.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast, wings, things or legs
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp paprika

Instructions
- Add water to pot (6-8 cups) and add complete or Italian seasoning to the water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Seasoning chicken with all of the other seasonings and add to the pot.

- Cook on HIGH for 15-18 min until chicken is cooked through (stick it with a fork to check

- Add in the egg noodles and cook for an additional 12-15 mins or until done.
