- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp melted butter

- 3-5 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp per cup of sugar

- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1-2 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg to a bowl and set aside.
- In a separate bowl mix buttermilk, egg, sugar, vanilla and butter.
- Slowly pour in the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated.
- Add batter to a piping bag
- Pipe dough balls into heated oil on medium high.
