  • Add in the chicken broth (for a soupy consistency add 4 cups, for more of baked lasagna feel, add 3 cups).
  • Add in the heavy cream and broken lasagna noodles.
  • Bring to a boil, siting frequently.
  • Once it begins to bubble, reduce heat to medium and continue to stir occasionally for 10-15 mins until the noodles have cooked.
  • To make the ricotta topping, simply add everything to a bowl and stir.
  • Top the soup with the cheese mixture and enjoy.

Notes

You can use group turkey or ground chicken
If you like spicy lasagna, use a hot sausage and add red pepper flakes
