How to Make the Gluten-free Chocolate Chunk Cookies?

Just like any other cookie-making instructions, you can begin by preheating the oven at 350 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. While doing this, add the almond flour, salt, and baking soda to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.

Next, you need to whisk the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl until incorporated. Then, add in the egg and vanilla and mix well. Also, you need to add the dry ingredients first with a whisk then move to a rubber spatula to continue mixing until incorporated. Stir in chocolate.

Subsequently, scoop onto parchment-lined baking sheets and gently press the cookies down with your fingers to about 1-1/2 inches. Bake until golden brown and just barely set in the center, around 18 to 20 minutes.

Finally, let the cookies cool on the rack for 5 minutes before moving to the cooling rack and you’re done!
