Pot of Gold Cupcakes

- Piping Bag
- Tip 1M or 2D
Ingredients
- Prebaked Cupcakes
- Airhead Xtremes Belts Sweetly Sour
- Mini Reese Cups
- Gold sequin edible sprinkles or fold pearl sugar sprinkles
- Frosting fitted in a piping bag
Instructions
- Cut the airheads in half.
- Pipe a swirl onto the cupcakes.
- Immediately fit the rainbow into the icing.
- Pipe a small amount of buttercream onto the Reeses cup.
- Dip it into the sprinkles (this is less messy than dumping sprinkles).
- Place the Reeses Cup at the end of the Rainbow.
Notes
Feel free to add extra sprinkles if you'd like!
