  • 4 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup ginger peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw honey adjust for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup cold water optional, for blending

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop fresh ginger into small chunks.
  • Cut the pineapple into bite-sized pieces, removing the skin and core.
  • Combine the pineapple, ginger, turmeric (if using), and water in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing to extract all the liquid.
  • Discard the pulp or repurpose it in recipes like smoothies or baked goods.
  • Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved
  • Divide the juice into shot glasses or small containers for single servings.
  • Take a shot straight or over ice for a refreshing twist.

Notes

Refrigerate: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Shake well before each use.
Freeze: Pour the shots into ice cube trays to preserve freshness. Simply thaw or use the cubes in smoothies.
