Peppermint Stirrers

Equipment

  • Microwave Safe Bowl
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Small/Mini Candy Canes
  • 4 Crushed peppermint
  • 8 Standard Regular Sized Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Melting wafers

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate according to package instructions
  • Stick the Candy cane into the Marshmallow
  • Make sure it will stand up.
  • Crush the peppermint
  • Place the peppermint on a plate or folded piece of parchment
  • Dip the marshmallow into the chocolate
  • Shake off excess
  • Roll in crushed chocolate (do not put crushed mint on the bottom if these are going to be presented standing up)
  • Allow to dry on parchment for 20-30 mins or set in the fridge for 5-10 mins for a fast set
