Materials

  • Assorted meats ham, turkey, prosciutto, salami, chorizo, etc.
  • Round block of Brie
  • A variety of cheeses pepper jack, cheddar, gouda
  • Fresh and dried fruits grapes, dried cranberries, figs, apricots, etc.
  • Mixed nuts almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • Sliced bread Breadsticks, or crackers
  • Honey or a Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Start by selecting a large wooden board or platter as your canvas.
  • Using an edible pen make a clock on the brie and anchor it in the center.
  • Begin arranging the cured meats in loose rolls or folds, giving them height and volume.
  • Place an assortment of cheeses around the board, ensuring different shapes, sizes, and textures.
  • Add clusters of grapes interspersed with dried cranberries (or dried fruit of choice) .
  • Scatter mixed nuts for a salty crunch.
  • Arrange bread in an artful manner.
  • Drizzle honey and Dijon mustard in small dishes for dipping.
