Crockpot Pecan Pretzel Bites

These pecan pretzel bites bring candy-making into a kid-friendly zone—simple steps, fun textures, and delicious results. They’re the kind of treat kids love making just as much as they love sharing.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz vanilla almond bark half pack
  • 2 cups roughly chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Optional: holiday sprinkles
  • Optional: 1–3 tbsp vegetable oil melted coconut oil, or EVOO (if chocolate is too thick)

Instructions
 

  • Spray inside of crockpot with nonstick spray.
  • Add almond bark, pecans, pretzels, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Cook on HIGH for 1 hour. Stir.
  • Cook an additional 30 minutes. Stir again.
  • If chocolate isn’t smooth, add oil 1 tbsp at a time until smooth (2–3 tbsp max).
  • Scoop mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Add sprinkles if desired.
  • Let clusters set at room temperature for 1.5–2 hours or until firm.

Notes

Using a full package of almond bark prevents the need for added oils.
If almond bark is unavailable, expect to use 3–4 tbsp oil to smooth chocolate.
Almond bark is a candy coating and contains no almonds.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Can be frozen and thawed at room temperature.
