Holiday Baking Tips

Without a doubt, Christmas is my FAVORITE time of the year. For me, it starts on Thanksgiving. I'm not one of those Halloween than Christmas people. Thanksgiving is actually my very favorite holiday of all time. My kids and I have a tradition of watching the Thanksgiving Parade every year while starting the turkey for dinner. Santa in the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade is literally the start of the Holiday season for us. You can grab a reduced price copy of my guide to holiday decorating below!

Typically we put up our tree on Thanksgiving, but normally we go over to my moms house and help her put up ALL her trees for weeks leading to Thanksgiving. We watch Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and surf the internet for deals on electronics. We are THOSE people who watch the same Christmas movies over and over every year like its the very first time.

One of the things I personally love about the holiday season is baking. As a pastry chef, I bake all year long for work but it's typically during the holidays that I can slow down a little a bake for fun. My inbox usually fills up between November and December of people asking me questions about their baking fails, so I decided to create a handy printable that can live in your kitchen.

My top 6 baking tips are on the printable. But I've also included a bonus kitchen measurement conversion chart for you. A lot of holiday recipes will require some sort of multiplying or dividing depending on the number of people you are hosting.

I'd also invite you to check out some of my favorite holiday recipes while you are here.
